FORMULATION AND IN VITRO EVALUATION OF SELF NANO EMULSIFYING DRUG DELIVERY SYSTEM OF QUERCETIN FOR ENHANCEMENT OF ORAL BIOAVAILABILITY

Objective: The study aims to develop a Self-nanoemulsifying drug delivery system (SNEDDS) of Quercetin enhance its oral bioavailability.
 Methods: In the present study, was formulated into SNEDDS using various oils, surfactants, and co-surfactants. developed formulations were subjected studies like content analysis, droplet size thermodynamic stability, in vitro release studies.
 Results: From screening surfactant cosurfactant, combination Triacetin as oil phase, Tween 20 Ethanol co-surfactant selected for development Quercetin. composition formulation optimized pseudo ternary phase diagram. has been evaluated found have good physical stability improved release.
 Conclusion: A stable developed, results indicated substantial enhancement dissolution when self-nano emulsifying system, indicating potential solubility bioavailability drug.
